Auto Repair Fort Collins
Tom is honest, direct, professional and very good. Tom has people dirve more than an hour to see him because he's so reliable and good. I started with him years ago with an old Toyota 4 Runner when I needed the back window fixed so it could electronically go up and down. Tom said he'd never had to fix the $450 window piece, and was sure he could find something less expensive. He was very surprised that he couldn't. They fixed it, and it broke again a few months later, and immediately offered and replaced it again for no charge and I've never had a problem with it since. If something was going on that I could get away without fixing for awhile, Tom was the first was to tell me that. When it came time to replace the timing chain, which would cost more than my truck was worth, he helped me talk through whether to just upgrade or continue to do repairs on my '86 4Runner. As a female, and someone who was not conversant in Toyota- language (I did know how to tune up my previous '67 Bug), Tom never talked down to me but was glad to explain things at any technical level I wanted to (or not) engage in. After a few years of going to Tom for maintenance and a few repairs, I'd made an appt to bring it in for some regular maintenance, and was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to put off my appt. Tom and all the guys sent me flowers during my recovery!
